Sri Lanka is one of the most wonderful destinations I have traveled to.
It is a wonderful destination to visit due to its nature, fauna, gastronomy and culture.
We started the trip after two long flights with a stopover in Qatar. We landed early to start a non-stop adventure with Red Dot Tours.
To make the most of the trip and to visit as many places as possible, our best option was to make the entire trip with a driver who accompanied us throughout the day to take us to each planned place.
Our driver in addition to taking us to each place in time was aware of every detail we could need and his dealings with us were truly incredible.
The first night we stayed at Rosyth Estate House, a boutique hotel with an amazing location on top of the mountain. A perfect place to get lost, disconnect and enjoy an unforgettable stay

Comenzamos el viaje después de dos largos vuelos con escala en Qatar. Aterrizamos a primera hora para comenzar una aventura sin parar con Red Dot Tours .
Para aprovechar el viaje al máximo y poder visitar el mayor número posible de lugares nuestra mejor opción fue realizar todo el viaje con un conductor que nos acompañó durante todo el día para llevarnos a cada lugar planificado. Nuestro conductor además de llevarnos a cada lugar en tiempo estuvo pendiente de cada detalle que pudimos necesitar y su trato con nosotros fue realmente increíble.
La primera noche nos alojamos en Rosyth Estate House , un hotel boutique con una ubicación increíble en lo alto de la montaña. Un lugar perfecto para perderse , desconectar y disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable.

Uno de los primeros lugares que visitamos en nuestro viaje a Sri Lanka fue la Roca de Sigiriya .
La visita duró varias horas porque accedimos hasta lo alto de la roca donde quedan las ruinas de la antigua cuidad.
The views from the top of the rock are amazing !! Although it is hard to make the journey because of the height at which it is located, it is really worth it.
Las vistas desde lo alto de la roca son realmente increíbles!! Aunque cuesta hacer el recorrido por la altura a la que se encuentra realmente merece la pena.
This same day we also took the opportunity to visit Avukana Buddha.
For the visits of this day I wore this Tularosa dress that it was perfect because of the length of the skirt since it is obligatory to enter the temples with the knees and shoulders covered.
Este mismo día aprovechamos también para visitar el impresionante buddha de Avukana.
Para las visitas de este día elegí este vestido de Tularosa que fue perfecto por el largo de la falda ya que es obligatorio entrar a los templos con las rodillas y los hombros cubiertos. Para el calzado fui muy cómoda con unas sandalias planas de tiras.
